Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how GLYO.com (“Glyo”, “we”), Sharq, Ahmad Al Jaber St., handles personal data on this website. Contact: hello@glyo.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, work email, company, company size, country, an optional phone number and your consent choice. We collect this only when you send the form.
• Calculators: the dates, salaries and other figures you type are processed in your browser to show the result. They are not sent to our servers and we do not store them.
• Your choices on this device: the language and the country you pick are saved in your browser’s local storage so the Site remembers them. You can clear them in your browser settings.
• Technical data: like most websites, the hosting service may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and arrange a demo, if you asked for one.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site.
• To meet legal obligations.

Our basis is your consent for contact-form data, and our legitimate interest in running a secure website for technical data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site or handle enquiries (for example hosting and email), under confidentiality duties, and with authorities where the law requires. Data may be processed outside your country. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up, and then delete or anonymise it, unless we must keep it longer by law. Technical logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider.

Depending on the law that applies to you (for example the data protection laws of the GCC countries), you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data protection authority.
